Software Dependency Requirements

Environment

The following environments are those we aim to support. Occasionally, one of these might not be working - if that is the case, let us know and use an earlier release. Failing to compile on these platforms is considered a bug.

Linux

• glibc 2.0 or higher.
• Linuxthreads or NPTL.

Solaris

• Solaris 2.6 or higher (may work on earlier releases.)

OS X

• OS X 10.0 or higher.

Windows

• Windows NT 4 or higher/Windows 95 or higher. (Antinat itself should run on earlier releases of NT; these limits are imposed by the installer.)

To compile from source:

• MinGW 3.1.0 or newer with MSys 1.0.9 or newer or
• Microsoft Visual C++ 2.0 or newer, including the Microsoft Visual C++ Toolkit (use the Platform SDK NMAKE).
